Trafford Circle are looking for volunteer drivers who will support residents to attend their medical appointments through the provision of an affordable, reliable and friendly volunteer driver service.
Passengers will be older or vulnerable adults and who find it difficult to access their medical appointments. Initially, this service will be referral only from GPs, Social Prescribers, Social workers, District Nurses etc and journeys will need to be booked 4 days in advance.
