Any patient born after 1st May 2015 would have been offered the Meningitis B vaccine during routine childhood immunisations.
Any patient born before 1st May 2015 are currently not eligible under NHS guidance. However, patients may be able to obtain the vaccine through a private provider.
We understand that patients are worried but we kindly ask that you do not make a GP appointment to discuss the vaccine.
