From Wednesday 25th June we are changing the way we manage our appointment system. We have consulted with our Patient Participation Group and listened to the comments from patients on the survey we carried out late last year.
AskMyGP will be used for routine matters ONLY and will be responded to within 2 working days. Patients will either receive a link to book an appointment via text or be contacted by telephone.
On the day appointments for urgent matters are to be requested by contacting the surgery via telephone from 8am Monday to Friday.
Patients will be able to pre-book appointments up to 6 weeks in advance.
Appointments can be cancelled via text, speaking to reception or by selecting the automated check and cancel service when telephoning the surgery.
